Only the workspace owner can manage billing for this workspace.

- you want teammate access on a higher tier
- you are moving from monthly to annual billing
- you need to reduce cost after a project ends
Steps
- Open the account or billing area for the active workspace.
- Review the current plan, billing interval, and any scheduled end-of-period changes.
- Choose the target plan or billing action.
- Confirm the change and watch for success or follow-up billing steps.
- Reload the account view if billing is still syncing.
Expected result
The workspace should show the updated billing state or the scheduled change after processing finishes.
Things to watch
- some downgrades may take effect at the end of the current billing period
- yearly downgrade and refund questions may require support review
- teammates cannot complete owner-only billing actions

Contact support and include the workspace name, current plan, target plan, and what you expected to happen.
