Change your plan

Use this guide when you need to upgrade, downgrade, cancel, or reactivate a subscription.

Important rule

Only the workspace owner can manage billing for this workspace.

Typical reasons to change plans

  • you need more responses or forms
  • you want teammate access on a higher tier
  • you are moving from monthly to annual billing
  • you need to reduce cost after a project ends

Steps

  1. Open the account or billing area for the active workspace.
  2. Review the current plan, billing interval, and any scheduled end-of-period changes.
  3. Choose the target plan or billing action.
  4. Confirm the change and watch for success or follow-up billing steps.
  5. Reload the account view if billing is still syncing.

Expected result

The workspace should show the updated billing state or the scheduled change after processing finishes.

Things to watch

  • some downgrades may take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • yearly downgrade and refund questions may require support review
  • teammates cannot complete owner-only billing actions

If the action does not look correct

Contact support and include the workspace name, current plan, target plan, and what you expected to happen.
