Invite teammates

Invite teammates when more than one person needs to review, edit, or manage forms inside the same workspace.

Before you invite

Confirm two things:

  • your plan supports the team size you need
  • the person should work inside this workspace, not a separate one

Steps

  1. Open team or workspace settings.
  2. Start a new invitation.
  3. Enter the teammate's email address.
  4. Choose the right role for the level of access they need.
  5. Send the invitation and confirm it appears in the member list or invitation list.

Billing note

Only the workspace owner can manage billing actions. Team members may collaborate on forms without having billing control.

Expected result

The invited teammate should receive access to the shared workspace after accepting the invite.

Common mistakes

  • inviting someone to the wrong workspace
  • assuming all members can manage billing
  • waiting to validate seat or plan limits until after outreach starts
