Create a share link

Share links are useful when you want a simple live URL and a clean way to tell where responses came from.

Use a share link when

  • you want to post a form on a campaign page
  • you need a quick URL for email or chat
  • you want to separate response sources by audience or promotion

Steps

  1. Open the published form.
  2. Open the sharing area for the form.
  3. Create a new share link.
  4. Give the link a name that describes the audience or campaign.
  5. Copy the live URL.
  6. If available, download or share the QR code for offline or in-person use.

Expected result

You should end with a named link that points to the live form and is easy to reuse wherever you are sharing it.

Naming tips

  • Use campaign names that will still make sense later.
  • Avoid generic names like test or link 1.
  • If the link is temporary, include the audience, campaign, or date in the name.
